Like most people, my husband and I called around and got several quotes for resurfacing our backyard concrete, front walkway, and driveway. We all have heard, “you get what you pay for”, and with Scott coming in with the best price, we were hoping the work was also the best. In this case, we certainly got what we paid for and MORE!!
Before he started, Scott explained in detail what he was going to do based on what we wanted. He gave us a date to start, and the work was started that day. He was here every morning, along with his employees, (who are very knowledgeable in their own right), to answer any questions we might have. During the project, I decided to change a color I selected. He changed it right away, and only charged me for a gallon of the stain,and no extra labor. Scott is intelligent and really knows this business. The project was completed on time, and now we have the most “looked at” driveway and walkway,and patio in our community..It’s fun to watch the walkers stop to take pictures of our fabulous front yard.The oil spots,discoloring and tire marks are gone, and we have increased the value of our home. And,we would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering them as a decorative concrete contractor.

However, a special note of appreciation is due you and your personnel for a number of reasons. First, since I don’t live at the Rancho Mirage house full time the entire project was developed via email. You listened, sent sample pictures and color charts, wrote a proposal and offered a very, very competitive price. Then, you and the crew showed up ready to make final decisions and immediately go to work. There was not a wasted motion. It started on time, finished early and the resulting product was almost perfect. Then, you and the guys did something special – you turned “almost perfect” into “perfect” with a few last minute tweaks.
You were unwilling to call the job finished until I was completely satisfied,for that I thank you, and will refer you to other homeowners, and recommend that your firm be placed on the community association’s preferred vendor’s list.
